Generally good but had to wait almost an hour for collection, despite being told it would be there in 30 mins. Not ideal.

Excellent service and great value! ????? We were really impressed with "Just Park & Ride" at New Farm, Stansted Road. The price was significantly cheaper than other options, & everything was very clear & straightforward, especially regarding the levy charges. The whole process was simple & easy. We called when we landed, but unfortunately had just missed a collection & had to wait around 20 minutes for the next bus — which, at 3am, felt like a little longer! ???? However, the service was still very good & the process was hassle-free. We were also worried that our flight being delayed by two hours might mean additional charges, but there was no issue at all, which was a huge relief. Overall, we’re really happy with the service and the value for money. We would definitely use Just Park & Ride again and would happily recommend them to others flying from Stansted. ????

On arrival very swift. On departure only had to wait 5-10 minutes for the car to be returned to us. Our flight was delayed and there were no issues.

Everything was efficient and friendly You get there, they park your car for you and take you straight to the airport. The shuttle takes around 10 - 15 mins. They track your flights back so they know if you're going to be late. My flight was about an hour and a half late, and they were prepped for this. Overall, I'd definitely use again.

Service was good. I did not have any issues with the transport from and to the airport- shuttle arrived pretty quickly, only waited 10 minutes. Though I did have to leave my car keys with the parking attendant which wasn’t clearly communicated whilst booking or confirmation email e.g. it was advertised as park & ride - no mentioning of leaving car keys at any point until you actually get there.

I have used BA Parking's meet & greet service from Heathrow T5 where the car was parked for 3 weeks. The price was better than onsite parking and drop off and pick up were all fine. You just have to account for at least half an hour when you do the drop off though as valet's are numbered so you just wait your turn.
